Refunds and Returns Policy

Any product that has a manufacturing defect, or has an error in spelling or design/style options specified on the order, can be returned to us and a replacement will be shipped out as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Many products from Under the Green Roof are custom made to the customer's specifications.

Custom and personalized items are made to order when the order is received. Our wooden letters and other personalized items are made with the specific font, a specific size, specific colors or finish and specific letters and/or name , so the possibilities of re-sell on any products returned, is very slim.

Therefore once custom and/or personalized items are in production there are no refunds or returns available.
